Visit tracking added for BARK+ Products

When visit tracking is added onto one of the BARK+ products, a note now displays on the strategy page(s) in the proposal. The CPM listed will automatically include any upcharges.

Updates to forecasted inventory percentage

Sometimes you might have multiple line items for the same product, but not all of them are forecasted.

For example, you submit two Social Mirror line items - one for Custom Audience and one for Behavioral. You don’t have your Custom Audience list yet, so that line item is not being forecasted, but the Behavioral line item is.

Previously, this could cause your bought impressions to be over your forecasted impressions. We have made updates so that the inventory percentage is only calculated from the bought impressions that have forecasts. In the example above - the inventory percentage would only be calculated from the Behavioral bought impressions and Behavioral forecasted impressions.

Generate a proposal from an Insertion Order

If you have an order that goes straight to IO but you still want a proposal generated, you can now get a P2P Proposal by adding the “Hey Vici! Create a Media Planner for this Insertion Order” task (the same task you already use).

Once our Vici team member completes your forecasting and adds in your categories, they will complete that task and a proposal will be created!

This can only be used for new orders, you won’t be able to go back in time and add this to old orders to generate a proposal.

Increased maximum number of months

Previously, the maximum number of months on proposals was 12 - we have raised this so you can create proposals for any campaign length.
