How to save your PowerPoint background as an image

Open up your PowerPoint template

• Delete all content on one of the slides (so only the background shows)

• Select the slide

• Click File – Save As and in the file type dropdown under the file name select PNG or JPG

• You can use one image to duplicate the background throughout

• Best size is 2000x1214 size

• Upload hosted image- https://imgur.com/ (copy direct link)

  

• Then take your copied link and in the P2P tool so to “settings” then “company info” and then paste in the “Proposal background” custom variable and click “save” at the bottom.
