Enhancements have been made to the Live Chat section to better match our offerings.

• Features now match the chat strategy selected (live chat vs. virtual assistant)

• Cost per lead is now hidden if client is only using virtual assistant

• Lead Cap budget is now hidden if client is not capping leads

• If client is using virtual assistant, the monthly fee is now included in the pricing details and fee summary

Previously, proposals were generated and emailed in about 5-6 minutes. We have made updates to our workflow so that turnaround has been lowered to 1-2 minutes.

Previously, all line breaks submitted on the order in Reporting Zone were condensed into one line on P2P. Now, if you have line breaks in any fields in your order or line item they will automatically shown on your proposal.

There is a limit on the number of locations we are able to show on the map image (15). Previously, if you had more than fifteen locations the map image would break. Now, if you submit more than 15 in the geo text box (note they still must be formatted correctly with the | symbol between the locations) only the first fifteen will be pulled onto the map.
