November 2024 Updates

To prevent needing to manually edit the Due Date and Valid Till Date on P2P prior to editing and order for a proposal that is overdue, both dates will automatically update to one month from the current date when an edit is made to an order or line item.

You can still edit the Due Date and Valid Till Date in the Details tab while editing a proposal:

You are now able to drag new images onto your proposals and replace images simply by dropping the new image over the old one.

Instead of needing to open up the images menu on the left, you can now drag a file directly onto the proposal.

A pop-up will display showing the status of the uploaded file.

You can now easily update the client contact for a proposal through the Proposal Details tab, which determines the email the proposal is sent to and who is sent as the signatory. To make this edit, click on “Proposal Summary” on the proposal from the Proposals tab. Then click into the Proposal Details tab and click on the edit icon under the “Client Side”. Select your client contact or add a new contact.
