Reporting Zone Order Data

If I change CPMs in Reporting Zone will they change in P2P?

Yes! The data is pulled directly from Reporting Zone so you can make CPMs whatever you’d like.

If I want to show clients varying budgets, how do I do that?

Separate orders, or if you enter one budget you can adjust it up or down based on inventory reach.

How should input nationwide/USA as the geographic targeting area so the map shows the entire country?

Instead of using “Nationwide”, input the specific country name, such as:

  • USA

  • United States

  • United States of America

  • US

How do I show multiple geographies on my proposal?

Instead of separating your geos by commas, if you separate by | (these are called 'pipes' and its the symbol above your shift key) then multiple geos will be shown on your proposal map. There is a max of 15 geos per map. If you have more than 15 geos, we recommend you change your target location type to “list” and upload in an excel document. Then in the geo targeting area box you can write something like “Zips in Arizona” or whatever makes most sense to your planner!

Here’s where you find the “pipe” symbol on the keyboard:

How do I show the state of Washington on my proposal?

If you type “Washington” alone, Google Maps will hover on Washington D.C. If you type “Washington State” into Reporting.Zone, it will format P2P correctly:

What do I do if I need a renewal on a proposal?

Because you need a new contract or proposal generated- duplicate your order and submit as an RFP (instead of just adding a new line item to an existing IO and requesting a task for a new proposal!) This will have the system send you a fresh contract, which you can select if you need forecasting on or not.

If I submit two orders under the same client name, what happens?

You’d receive two separate P2P proposals from the system.  If you want one contract- we recommend renaming the line items instead of creating separate orders with the same client name.

Why are locations outside of the US showing on my map?

If you are targeting by zip code, some zip codes in the US are postal codes in other countries as well. If you run into this, add “US” to your zip code so the map knows you are referring to the US location. For example: 13027 US | 13114 US | 13099 US or if only one is causing an outside pull, you could do it like this: 49735 | 49730 | 49799 | 49751 US | 49733 US | 49795
